Fashion Week'de en beğendiğim tasarımlar neler oldu diye geriye dönüp bir baktım..

I turned back and looked at my favourite designs that i liked in Fashion Week..

O kadar çok güzel tasarım var ki seçmeye zorlandım açıkçası..İstanbul kesinlikle doğru yolda moda şehri olmak için..

There were so many beautiful designs that it was really hard for me to choose.. Istabnul is definetly going in the true direction to become a Fashion City..

İstanbul Fashion Week'den Manzaralar

İstanbul Moda Haftası rüzgar gibi geçti, defileler bir yana moda haftasını takip eden ünlüler, davetliler ve mekanda az defileler kadar ilgi çekiciydi..

Istanbul Fashion Week is like gone with the wind. Rather then the catwalks the celebrities, guests and the place were also interesting.

Evet şu bir gerçek ki moda haftası kavramı henüz İstanbul için çok yeni ve oturmadı tam olarak, ama yine de görünen o ki doğru istikamette İstanbul :)

Yes that's a truth that fashion week concept is so new for Istanbul and not so organized yet but the fact is Istanbul is going into the true direction:)

Öncelikle gerek tarihsel dokusu gerekse genişliği ve bahçesinin kullanım alanı olarak  İTÜ Taşkışla binası moda için gerçekten çok doğru bir lokasyon.. Bu yıl tasarımcı standlarının üst kata alınması bir karısıklık yaratmış olsa da doğru değerlendirildiğinde bu bina cok guzel kullanılabilir diye düşünüyorum..

First of all whether historical texture and the wideness and the use area of the garden; ITU Taskisla building is the true location for the fashion shows.. This year there was a confusion because of the designer stands was at the up floor but if use of the building placed properly it can be evaluated better..

Ancak organizasyon konusunda bir iyileştirilmeye ihtiyaç oluduğu gözle görülür bir gerçek ne yazık ki..Özellikle Arzu Kaprol defilesinde yaşanan izdiham ve uzun bekleme süresi hem yabancı basının hem de özellikle celebrity diye tabir ettiğimiz grubun fazlasıyla negatif elektiriğini üzerine çekti..

But there is a reality that organisation issue needs a radical improvement.. Especially Arzu Kaprol catwalk; there was a real crowd and long waiting times made a negative impression on foreign press and the celebrities..

Eğer daha çok ilgi ve müşteri çekmek ve diğer moda haftalarının yanında yer almak istiyorsak daha yüksek standartlarda organizasyonlara ihtiyacımız var..

If we want more attention, to collect more customers and to be known as a fashion week, we have to increase the quality of our organizations..

So after my humbly comments :) we can look at who was appearing in Istanbul Fashion Week..

İstanbul Fashion Week 4. Gün-Gamze Saraçoğlu

Gamze Saraçoğlu, defilesini en heyecanla beklediğim modacılardan biridir..Belki de kariyerlerimizin çıkış noktası aynı olduğu ve kendisini çok samimi bulduğum için..

Gamze Saracoglu is one of the designer that i waited her catwalk with excitement.. Maybe because i find our career starting points so similar and find her so intimate..

Şubat ayında koleksiyonunu izlerken her bir parçaya bayılmıştım, bu koleksiyonun da ise bana göre renkler çok güzeldi özellikle nar çiçeği ama açıkçası çokk çokk heyecanlanmadım..

When i watched her collection at February i loved every piece of her collection, and the colors of this collection (especially  pomegranate flower color) was really so beautiful but the reality is i didn't get excited so much..

Gamze Saraçoğlu, "Papila" ismini verdiği koleksiyonunda "eşsizliğin simgesi" olarak tanımlanan parmak izinden ilham almış ve insanları birbirinden farklılaştıran bu "iz" koleksiyonun ana temasını oluşturmuş..

Gamze Saracoglu gave "Papila" name to her collection. This name defines finger print as "symbol of uniqueness" and she inspired from that and theme is prepared according this trace.

İstanbul Fashion Week 3.gün-Hatice Gökçe

Hatice Gökçe defilesiyle ilgili öncelikle şunu söylemeliyim ki kareografi süperdi, müzikler çok iyiydi, defileyi daha da heyecanlı ve başka bir yere getirdi..Mankenlerin duruşu sıralanması çok başarılıydı ve konsepte cok uygundu..

First of all i want to tell about Hatice Gokce's catwalk that choreographie was super, musics were really good and those things moved the catwalk to another point and into an excitement.. The pose of the models was really good and it fitted the concept perfectly..

Jön Türkler temasıyla yola çıkan Hatice Gökçe'nin koleksiyonu her zaman olduğu gibi başarılıydı ancak bazı parçalar erkekler tarafından ne derece benimsenebilir açıkçası emin değilim..:)

Hatice Gokce used Juveline Turks theme in her collection and it was really successful but some of the items will be hard to be worn by men, i'm not sure they would choose those kind of things:)

İstanbul Fashion Week 3. gün-Özgür Masur

Özgür Masur defilesini o kadar çokk beğendim ki ne söylesem az olacak diye düşünüyorum :)

I loved Ozgur Masur's catwalk so much that words would not be enough to describe it :)

Uçuş uçuş tüller, ipek krepler, pastel ama iddialı renkler, drapeler ve cut out larla süslenmiş elbiselerle peri masallarından fırlayıp gelen bir dünya sundu Özgür Masur..

Flying tulles, silk crepes, pastel but pretentious colours, drapes and dresses with cut out looks like Ozgur Masur was showing as a fairy tale coming from another world..

Ten dökümü adını verdiği koleksiyonda, isyankar kadınların verdikleri savaş sonrası, yaşamlarında tecrübe edindikleri herşeyden sıyrılma noktasında olduklarını, doygunluk anının geldiğini ve artık kendilerine sunulmuş yaşam dışında bambaşka bir yaşam için ten dökümü zamanı geldiğini söylüyor modacı..

He gave the name "skin fall" to his collection that defines that rebellious women after their wars, trying to slip off the things that they experienced in their lifes and time of  satisfaction has arrived and they have to  "skin fall" for a new life that has presented for them..
