Mercedes Benz Fashion Week İstanbul-Day 1

Bildiğimiz üzere dün MBFashion Week Antrepo'da süper bir tempoyla  başladı, tabii ben her an Sare'ciğin gelebilme ihtimaline dolayısıyla ilk defa gidemiyorum Fashion Week'e..Bu yüzden biraz hüzünlüyüm ama bu takip etmeye engel değil tabii ki..

İstanbul Fashion Week 2. gün-Mehtap Elaidi

Mehtap Elaidi bu sene 10. yılını kutluyor ve bu nedenle biraz da geçmişin geleceğe referans yaratması düşüncesi üzerinden 2011 spring/summer koleksiyonunda tamamlanmamış bütünlük, devamlılık, muallak sürprizler gibi unsurların detaylara yansımasıyla farklı kupların bir arada kullanıldığı, blok renklerin içice geçtiği silüetler kullanmış.

Mehtap Elaidi is celebrating her 10th year and because of this to reference her past designs, she designed her 2011 spring/summer collection not finished, completeness, continuity, suspended suprises to effect the details of the siluets to make block colors one withtin the other..

Benim şahsi fikrim, tasarımlar güzel evet ama bir moda haftası için biraz daha gösterişli olabilirdi..Mutlaka çok düşünülmüştür üstünde bu konsept yaratılırken, bundan hiç şüphem yok ama gerçek şu ki bende waaooww etkisi yaratmadı..

My personal opinion, designs are beautiful but for a fashion week it would be much more imposing.. For sure they thought about too much to create this concept, i don't have any doubt about it but the reality is the designs didn't give me a "woowwwwwwww" impression..

Bu yaz yine Beyaz!

Bazı renklerin dönemleri vardır, mesela turuncu yaz rengidir, tatil rengidir, füme ise tam tersi soğuktur, kışın bekçisidir..

Some colours have their own periods, for example orange is a summer tone, holiday tone, and opposite gray is a cold colour, represents winter..

Halbuki beyaz öyle mi? Kışın ne kadar koyu renk giyersek giyelim beyaz bir gömlek ya da t-shirtle kıyafetin havasını değiştirebiliriz hele yazın beyazı her yerde ve şekilde kullanabiliriz..Bronz tende beyaz bir başka güzel olur :)

However is white like that? Whatever dark colours we wear at winter with a with shirt we can change the style of the dress quickly especially at summer you can use white in everywhere and every shape. White looks really cool on your sunburned skin:)
